“Accomplishments, where do I even start? The success of what we do hinges on people like Miguel. His talents are versatile, his skills are diverse, and his knowledge is a wealth of experience.
The template streamlining project that's being worked on currently, I consider the brainchild of Miguel's. This was something that was already running through his mind long before any action really got underway this year. He had even made it one of his goals the year prior.
Color review, particularly with Wal-Mart, has greatly improved year after year. Miguel has been instrumental in ironing out the process here to make it as smooth as possible. I often hear from other Design Mangers as they share their great feedback about Miguel and how well the Color Review/Job Bag process goes when he's involved.
Miguel is a great leader. He often keeps morale on the team high with his positive energy and optimistic approach to projects and their due dates. He manages multiple projects of his own and helps others with theirs as well. Often, he is tasked with assisting others with their projects for job bags, color review, creating swatches, or working files to keep things on track. He does all of this without jeopardizing his own due dates. He also helps print for the mockup team when needed.”

“Miguel has been a huge support to me and the team with his vast knowledge of the job and cross functional skillsets, which include Calendar production, color review and color editing, InDesign, just to name a few. He involves himself wherever he can so he can better learn every aspect of the line or project from initial design concepts, templates, production of files and release of files to multiple vendors. He has exceptional organizational skills. He reaches out to keep me informed and, in the loop, when things are shifting away from our process. Miguel is an outstanding employee who continues to work very well with the team but can also work independently and keeps the production line moving at a steady pace.
He is great at managing projects and delegating work to others. He is self-motivated and proactively seeks to learn and develop his skillset. I encourage him to continue keeping the quality of his files strong and with ongoing self-learning with application or software tutorials when he has the time.”
